DruckWege Type D Castable Wax

With the Type D Castable Resin, reliable castings can be realized. The resin was developed for DLP or LCD 3D printers and is characterized by particularly short exposure times and smooth surfaces. It burns almost residue-free, which significantly improves the reproducibility of the cast.

A high percentage of wax in the material contributes to the clean burning process. The resin is suitable for printing burn-out blanks of jewellery models such as rings, jewellery elements or other products. The casting wax resin is, therefore, a real all-round material for investment casting.

The colour of the Castable Wax Resin is ash grey, which enables an optimal contour view after printing. The material was also tested in plaster-bonded investment materials.

The resin allows wax patterns to be printed for investment casting and is therefore suitable for the production of dental casting applications and items for jewellery production.
