Yes, you can use the CR-Touch firmware here: https://www.creality.com/products/cr-touch-auto-leveling-kit?spm=..page_1934481.products_display_1.1&spm_prev=..index.header_1.1%20%20Does%20this%20work%20with%20Ender%206? (The firmware is the same as the BLTouch) You'll need a long SM-DU extension cable too.

It would depend on the mainboard in the Ender 3 - if it is the later 4.2.2 or 4.2.7 then it is easily upgraded. If it is the older 1.1.4/4/5 then it can also be done but it is much more complicated.

Unfortunately, Qidi Tech has no editable version of their firmware of the X-CF Pro so an upgrade like the BLTouch cannot be installed.
