The original Ultimaker 3 Print Core upgraded to the Hard Core by 3D Solex offers the ultimate tuning for your Ultimaker 3.
- The Hard Core (BB) is a drop-in replacement for the standard Print Core BB by Ultimaker.
- The aluminium cooler is now red making it more recognisable.
- The heater and temp sensor have better contact with the block.

- Easy interchange of nozzles
- Various nozzle types & diameters
- Lower weight - the Hard Core is lighter than the original Core Print
- Improved temperature distribution
The contents of the Hard Core PVA (BB) includes:
- Hard Core
- 0.40 & 0.60 mm Hard Core nozzles
- Tools for changing nozzles
If the nozzle gets clogged by PVA; just change nozzle without having to replace the entire Print Core.

After replacing the Print Core, we recommend recalibrating the 3D printer.
The hard core nozzles only fit into the hard core block.
