Is this a 24vdc power supply? My Kobra 2 is 24v. The picture shows 12v.

The pictures show an input of 110-220v, the UK power supply is 230v. Is this suitable for use in the UK? The one in my printer currently is 100-240v but I can't find a replacement

Bought the neo, booted once, froze up during loading of program, then died on reboot. 120vac in 4.24vdc out, spent half a day putting together, not spending the day on the phone, or wanting to tare it down to send it back going to give it 1 more try!
