Bambu Lab External Exhaust Fan Kit

The Bambu Lab External Exhaust Fan Kit upgrades the P2S 3D printer with active external ventilation. While the P2S features an internal activated carbon filtration system as standard, this kit allows for the targeted extraction of air directly to the outside. This ensures that fumes and particles are removed from the chamber more efficiently - an essential feature when working with high-emission materials.

Once installed, the system integrates seamlessly with the printer's control architecture. The P2S can automatically adjust its ventilation mode based on the loaded filament type. For complete control, settings can be adjusted manually at any time via the printer’s touchscreen, Bambu Studio, or the Bambu Handy app.

A key advantage is the automated post-print air purification. For technical filaments that require a sealed chamber - such as ABS or PA - the "Purify Air After Printing" function can be toggled in the settings. Upon completion of a print, the P2S automatically switches to external exhaust mode to reliably clear any remaining fumes before you open the door.

► Please Note: If you are using a Bambu Lab P2S without an AMS system, an additional Buffer accessory is required to use the External Exhaust Fan Kit.
