Differences between Frostbite and Glacier:

Special design with 7 layers

► Layer 1 → Base plate made of a 580 HV hard, ferromagnetic spring steel: provides strong magnetic hold and protects the print models from deformation;

► Layers 2 and 5 → Base layer with ultra-strong adhesion promoter for excellent adhesion between the top coat and the spring steel: ensures that there is no risk of detachment even with repeated bending;

► Layers 3 and 6 → corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant intermediate layer: protects against damage caused by nozzle punctures;

► Layers 4 and 7 → Top Coat intermediate layer with a porous oleophobic polymer coating: provides ultra-strong adhesion without heating and prevents printing errors caused by peeling.
