The ChituSystems PlateCycler C1M turns your Bambu Lab A1 mini into an automated multi-plate printing system. This mechanical add-on changes print plates by itself, allowing your printer to work through several projects in succession without you having to step in.

After setup, the PlateCycler C1M handles the entire plate-changing process for you. Whether you are asleep, at work, designing, spending time with family, at the gym or simply enjoying a coffee, all you need to do is start your print jobs. The PlateCycler takes care of the rest.

The PlateCycler C1M is supplied with 4 print plates and can be expanded to a total of 10 plates. This lets you print multiple models one after another in a single run, making it perfect for small series, model sets or spontaneous “I need this by tomorrow” situations.

The kit contains everything required for automated multi-plate printing. Assembly is completed in just a few minutes. No additional cable is needed, there are no software obstacles and no complicated wiring. Simply mount it, insert the build plates and start your series production.

As the PlateCycler operates purely mechanically and requires neither extra power nor a separate power supply, it is especially safe to use.

Safe, stable and practical in design

The spring tension can be precisely fine-tuned using a central adjustment screw. This keeps the print plates perfectly aligned and helps your print success rate reach new heights. Integrated magnetic end stops keep the plates accurately in position, even during continuous operation.

The sturdy support structure with mini guide rollers ensures that print plates can be removed and easily changed after each print.

Durable materials for long-lasting performance

The load-bearing components are made from high-quality injection-moulded plastic with 20% glass fibre content and a melting point of 250–265 °C. Even under intensive use, heat, moisture or mechanical stress, the material remains dimensionally stable and reliably resists deformation and material fatigue over time.

High-quality adhesive bonds and long-term stress testing ensure consistently stable operation. Even after many thousands of plate changes, the PlateCycler C1M remains mechanically dependable.
