High-temperature resistance, high-flow printing and outstanding printing speeds are just a few of the features that characterise Creality's Spider HT & HF Hotend Pro! The all-metal construction is temperature-resistant up to 300 °C and is therefore compatible with standard filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, Nylon and others.
Compact size and easy installation
With a size of 66 x 22 x 23 mm and a weight of 61 g, the Spider HT & HF Hotend Pro is extremely compact! This enables its standard, modular interface design, which is ready to use immediately and without any modifications. The low-maintenance hotend can be installed very easily and is also compatible with many commercially available 3D printers.
Longer service life due to better cooling performance and greater strength
In order to improve the resilience of the heatbreak, the heating block and the heat sink are perfectly matched. The hotend features improved strength to ensure longer life.
Enlarged melt zone allows for high-flow prints
The 27.3 mm melting zone has been increased by even 30% and ensures smooth and even prints even with 0.8 mm nozzles!
Allows high-speed printing of 300mm/s
The unique hotend is equipped with a high-temperature insulating film made of heat-resistant material. This maintains the temperature of the melt zone and allows printing at a speed of 300 mm/s! The titanium alloy screws used also reduce thermal conductivity by up to 30%. This reduces the heat transfer from the heating zone to the heat dissipation zone.
Better and faster heat dissipation
To reduce heat transfer and improve heat dissipation, the heatsink features a split design with a separate heat transfer area.
Durable materials for improved print quality
The heatbreak is made of titanium and copper alloy and has a wall thickness of 0.2 mm, which ensures excellent heat dissipation and therefore high-temperature filament printing. The copper alloy-made heater block and nozzle, and the roughness of Ra0.3 on the inner wall of the nozzle ensure better print quality overall.
