Description

The Type D Flex is the choice for particularly flexible model components. The Type D Flex has cushioning properties and was developed as a resin for functional prototypes. After polymerisation, the material is suitable for applications that require TPU-like flexibility.

The material is particularly sharp and comes in a black pigmented version.

The resin has very low overlap shear properties and high elongation. This enables the production of flexible objects that can be compressed or bent to a certain intensity.

This product has not been tested or approved for medical or pharmaceutical applications. The dental model type D is only intended for modelling and is not intended for use in the body or in the oral cavity.

DruckWege Resin is an acrylic resin with industrial properties that was developed for 3D printers with DLP / UV light sources:

  • Quick curing
  • High level of detail and sharp contours
  • Smooth and dry object surface
  • Low odour
  • Elongation at break is approx. 80%
  • Shrinkage: approx. 2% +/- 1%
