Description
eufyMake UV Adhesion Prep Pads are specially developed pre-treatment pads designed to prepare metal surfaces prior to UV printing. Through a micro-etching effect, they significantly improve UV ink adhesion, ensuring durable, high-quality printing results.
The pads clean the surface while simultaneously creating a fine texture that enables a stable bond between the print and the substrate. This prevents prints from peeling or flaking over time. Furthermore, the pre-treatment supports vivid colour reproduction with razor-sharp details.
In addition to boosting adhesion, the treatment forms a protective layer that makes the final print more resistant to scratches, water, and fingerprints. Even with prolonged exposure to sunlight, colours remain stable as the surface is shielded from UV-induced yellowing or fading.
Thanks to the fast-drying formula, the surface is ready for the printing process within just a few minutes, allowing for a more efficient and streamlined workflow.
