The Fiberlogy PCTG Refill is a spool-less filament designed to be mounted effortlessly onto the reusable Fiberlogy spool system. This option significantly reduces packaging waste and shipping costs, while retaining the same premium material properties as the filament available on the spool.

Assembly takes just a few simple steps: open the reusable spool, insert the refill, close the spool, and snip away the securing zip-ties. You're ready to print!

Fiberlogy PCTG is a high-performance filament belonging to the same material family as time-tested PETG, yet it significantly outperforms it in several critical areas. Compared to standard PETG, it offers up to 20 times higher impact strength, superior temperature resistance, and greater optical clarity, making it a highly capable alternative for more demanding applications.

Despite its enhanced mechanical properties, PCTG remains an incredibly user-friendly material. It does not require a heated print chamber, allowing it to be processed effortlessly on most standard desktop 3D printers. Its high-dimensional stability and low shrinkage rate ensure precise, dimensionally accurate results, making the filament easy to manage even for users without extensive 3D printing experience.

In notched Izod impact testing, Fiberlogy PCTG achieves values of approximately 90 kJ/m² and maintains its shape up to a temperature of 76 °C. This unique combination of high impact resistance, thermal stability, and optical transparency opens up a wide range of applications, from functional prototyping to small-batch production runs.
