Description
Liqcreate Tray is an opaque turquoise photopolymer resin for 3D printing custom dental impression trays. It offers a combination of high printing speed with the stiffness needed for custom dental impression trays, making it suitable for implant, denture, crown and bridge impressions.
The resin can be processed reliably on most open 3D printers operating at wavelengths between 385 and 405 nm, including DLP, MSLA and laser-based systems.
Tip: The material can be steam-sterilised in an autoclave without impairing its mechanical properties. In fact, after sterilisation at 121 °C or 134 °C, both flexural strength and flexural modulus are higher than in the untreated control material.
