Description
The Micro-Swiss CHT High Flow Hotend is designed to significantly boost the print speed of your Bambu Lab printer without compromising on quality. With an increase of up to 50% in maximum volumetric flow rate, it enables ultra-fast printing while ensuring optimal layer adhesion.
Installation is simple thanks to its plug-and-play design, and it is fully compatible with the following Bambu Lab models: A1, A1 Mini, H2D and H2S – quick to attach and ready to use straight away.
CHT High Flow Technology
The unique CHT technology divides the filament flow into multiple channels within the melt zone, allowing it to heat more evenly. The result: improved layer bonding, fewer voids between layers, and stronger, more durable printed parts.
Nozzle material & coating
The nozzle tip is made from M2 hardened high-speed steel, heat-treated to an impressive hardness of 68 HRC. It is finished with a tungsten disulfide coating, which acts as a non-stick layer - this prevents plastic build-up, ensures cleaner print results, and extends the reliability of your hotend.
