Phaetus Conch Hotend M4 EndCoat for Bambu Lab, 0,2 mm

The Conch Hotend™ M4 EndCoat by Phaetus is a highly efficient hotend specifically designed for Bambu Lab 3D printers, offering an excellent flow rate of up to 50 mm³/s and heat resistance up to 350 °C.

The hotend is made from durable, wear-resistant materials and features a replaceable EndCoat™ nozzle designed for demanding industrial applications. The precision-applied coating increases surface hardness and improves abrasion resistance in critical areas such as the nozzle tip and heatbreak neck. As a result, this nozzle offers up to 2.5 times the service life of a hardened steel nozzle.

Technical features:

• The enlarged cooling surface enables rapid heat dissipation and reliably prevents filament blockages caused by thermal expansion.

• Angled dendritic cooling fins increase the cooling surface area for exceptionally fast heat dissipation.

• A ceramic insulator with low thermal conductivity enhances the thermal barrier and ensures stable extrusion, even when printing with high-temperature materials.

• The removable nozzle design makes maintenance easier. Tip: To ensure the hotend functions correctly and to prevent nozzle leaks during printing, always carry out hot tightening when installing or replacing the nozzle!

• A rigid, high-stiffness kinematic coupling system helps reduce impact-related damage to components while minimising maintenance requirements.
