Phrozen nFEP Film for Heated Resin Vat, Sonic Mighty Revo 16K Max (3 pieces)

The Phrozen PFA (nFEP) Film for the Heated Resin Vat is a replacement PFA (nFEP) release film for Phrozen's heated resin vat. The film forms the base of the resin vat, allowing UV light to pass through and cure the resin layer by layer. An undamaged, correctly tensioned film ensures consistent layer release and reliable print results. Phrozen recommends using this film with the Heated Resin Vat to maintain consistent dimensions, tension and release performance.

Conventional installation with a frame and screws

The Heated Resin Vat does not have a quick-release mechanism. Instead, the film is secured using a frame and screws, just like in conventional resin vats. If you prefer to use a different film, you can cut it to size and install it yourself.

Do not confuse it with the Quick-Release film!

The Quick-Release Resin Vat uses a separate film with pre-punched holes and a silicone layer. The two films are not interchangeable because their dimensions and mounting methods differ. Please check which vat you are using before purchasing.

Care and replacement

Replace damaged film immediately to prevent resin from leaking into the vat assembly or onto the LCD screen. Keep sharp tools away from the film.
