Prusa CORE One L to CORE One L+ Upgrade Kit

The Prusa CORE One L to CORE One L+ Upgrade Kit brings an existing Original Prusa CORE One L up to the hardware specification of the CORE One L+. The kit introduces two targeted hardware upgrades: new GT1.5 belts and an integrated nozzle wiper. According to the manufacturer, these two components are responsible for the visible difference in print quality between the CORE One L and CORE One L+.

More precise movement with new belts

The GT1.5 belts and matching pulleys replace the previous drive components and provide more precise, consistent movement of the printhead. This has a direct effect on the surface finish and dimensional accuracy of printed parts.

Clean nozzle, cleaner print starts

The integrated nozzle wiper automatically cleans the nozzle before printing begins. This reduces residue on the nozzle tip and helps ensure a more reliable, cleaner start to each print, which is particularly useful when changing materials frequently.

User-installable with no new electronics required

The upgrade is designed as a purely mechanical hardware kit and can be installed by the user using the supplied replacement nylon rivets. All firmware improvements released alongside the CORE One L+ are also available for the CORE One L as a free update and are therefore not included in this kit.
