At the heart of the Trackit SR is its powerful triple laser system, giving you the right mode for every application:

• 30 crossed laser lines for detailed capture: up to 2 million points per second for intricate, finely structured areas,
• 17 parallel laser lines for fast scanning of large, low-contrast workpieces,
• single-line laser for deep holes, narrow gaps, ventilation slots and grilles: reliably captures even hard-to-reach areas.

This gives you the ideal balance of speed, detail and accessibility in every scanning situation.

Maximum accuracy thanks to optical tracking

The integrated tracking system captures the spatial position of the handheld scanner in real time, enabling highly precise 3D scanning without markers on the workpiece. Instead of laboriously applying reference points, simply move the scanner freely around your object while the tracker does the rest.

For large objects that cannot be fully captured from a single tracker position, the Trackit SR offers wireless multi-station functionality. The tracker can be freely repositioned around the workpiece, while 5 shared reference points ensure precise stitching of the individual frames into one complete, seamless result.

Robust carbon frame for maximum reliability

The one-piece carbon fibre housing of the Trackit SR is designed for maximum rigidity and dimensional stability. The frame is resistant to temperature fluctuations, vibrations and mechanical stress in everyday use, helping the system maintain its calibration over the long term.

Detailed texture capture

In addition to pure geometry capture, the Trackit SR also records the surface textures of scanned objects using a high-resolution RGB camera. This creates photorealistic 3D models with natural colour reproduction, making it ideal for documentation, presentation or digital twins.

Ready to use straight away thanks to active heating

The Trackit SR features integrated active heating, bringing the system up to operating temperature in just 2 minutes. Internal and external temperature sensors continuously monitor thermal stability throughout the entire scanning process.
