Description
These ruthex thread inserts are made of high-quality brass and processed at low production speed. They have opposite spiral knurled nuts, which guarantee an extra firm grip. When installed, the threaded inserts, therefore, provide incredible traction and high tightening and loosening torque.
Application of ruthex thread inserts is easier than ever: insert by heat or ultrasound and enjoy stable threads for functional applications! The high-quality brass ensures high corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity.
Tip: The threaded inserts can be used several times without the risk that they will tear out. After they are no longer needed, they can be carefully removed.

Quality, but the same size as the M3 Inserts!
Like all the Ruthex inserts, these are excellent quality and anchor very well. However I was surprised to find they are almost identical in size to the Ruthex M3 inserts, just with a smaller tapped hole! Because of this, I can see few situations where I'd use this size rather than M3.
