ABS, well known from "LEGO" bricks, consists of butadiene, acrylonitrile and styrene. This ABS HI has very good mechanical properties and high-temperature resistance.

Generally, ABS, which is part of the range of standard printing material, needs more attention while processing. When printing ABS, make sure that the material cools down slowly to avoid distortion and cracks. An enclosed print chamber helps. The print temperature lies between 220 ° C to 260 ° C. A heated print bed> 60 ° C is necessary to avoid warping. High print temperatures (up to 260 ° C) lead to the best material properties.
