Alveo3D Remote-Controlled Filtration Kit for Bambu Lab H2 Series

This Alveo3D Remote-Controlled Filtration Kit has been designed for the Bambu Lab H2 series to minimise fine particles and odours generated when printing technical filaments such as ABS, ASA, Nylon, PC or PETG.

The system is based on an open, modular concept: you print the enclosure parts yourself using the free 3MF files provided (see below), while the kit includes all essential functional parts, including the filter, fan, seals, screws and magnets.

Advanced filtration technology

The filtration setup combines a HEPA14 filter that effectively captures ultrafine particles (UFPs) from the exhaust air with activated carbon to reduce volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and unpleasant smells. This significantly lowers emission levels in your workspace.

Seamless integration

The H2 Series Filtration Kit installs without requiring structural modifications to the printer and integrates neatly with the Bambu Lab H2S, H2P and H2D. Filtered warm air is recirculated inside the build chamber, helping maintain a stable internal temperature. The system can also be conveniently operated via remote control.

Safety information

Although the Alveo3D Filtration Kit significantly reduces concentrations of UFPs and VOCs, technical filaments may still release emissions. It is therefore recommended to:

• operate the printer in well-ventilated areas,
• use low-emission filaments whenever possible,
• monitor indoor air quality,
• avoid placing the printer in living rooms or bedrooms.

Tip: Alveo3D recommends printing the components for self-printing with PETG.

Note: Replacing the filter is recommended after approximately 600 printing hours or every two months.
