Anycubic Photon P1 Max

Some models fail not because the idea was flawed, but because of the available build volume. This is where the Anycubic Photon P1 Max comes in. With an 18.3-litre print volume, a high-resolution 12K monochrome display and a range of automated assistance functions, it is designed for users who want to print large individual models or entire batches of smaller parts reliably and with consistent quality, without working through endless calibration steps.

Think big, print big

With a build volume of 285.5 x 214 x 300 mm, the P1 Max offers a print volume of 18.3 litres, making it suitable for both large-format individual models and batch production of smaller parts. The 14-inch monochrome display has a 12K resolution of 11,520 x 8640 pixels, with a pixel size of 24.8 x 24.8 µm, helping to reduce visible stepping effects on model surfaces.

Precision down to the width of a hair

The Z-axis runs on two linear guide rails with a C7-grade ball screw, which, according to the manufacturer, enables repeat accuracy of ±0.01 mm. The precision-ground steel build plate has a surface roughness of less than 80 µm, while the exposure plate is below 70 µm.

LighTurbo 4.0 for even light distribution

The LighTurbo 4.0 light module combines COB LEDs with an aspherical Fresnel lens for collimation accuracy of less than 3°. Full-area rolling calibration with 208 measuring points ensures over 90% illumination uniformity, while a copper cooling system is designed to minimise LED light decay.

Wave Release film for easier release

The Wave Release film reduces the peeling force when lifting the build plate by up to 60% compared with conventional smooth NFEP films, resulting in faster and more reliable print cycles.

Intelligent Assistant 3.0

A multi-stage assistance system automates several steps of the printing process:

• automatic levelling: factory calibration, automatic build plate self-check before each print and display of force values at the four corner points for fine adjustment;
• dynamic adjustment: real-time monitoring of layer separation force to adjust lift height and lift speed, as well as automatic calculation of resin backflow to adapt the exposure time for each layer;
• AI inspection: checks for print detachment from the build plate, installation errors, resin level and residue in the resin vat.

Ideal for 8000 cps resins

The P1 Max is designed for standard and high-viscosity resins up to 8000 cps, covering standard, high-strength, flexible, castable and dental-compatible resins, among others.

Actively heated resin vat

The 1.9-litre resin vat features active temperature control, keeping the resin temperature constant at up to 35 °C when the ambient temperature is sufficient (>5 °C). This helps optimise viscosity for reliable printing.

Connected and easy to control remotely

The printer is operated via a 4.5-inch touchscreen. An integrated camera enables remote transfer of print jobs and monitoring of print progress via the Anycubic app. Connectivity is provided via Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) or LAN, with a USB-A 2.0 port also available.

Smart design solutions

Practical details such as a resin drip catcher, quick-release build plate and resin vat, a continuously adjustable cover that locks from 45°, and an improved pouring spout round off the user-friendly design. With an operating noise level of under 45 dB, the printer is designed for use in offices or living spaces.

Photon Workshop 4.0 – slicer with one-click slicing

The Photon P1 is compatible with Photon Workshop 4.0, the latest slicer from Anycubic. New features include:
