Description
The BIQU Panda Juicer SFC-H/A VantaC Hotend has been developed specifically for demanding 3D printing applications. Its integrated VantaC nano-coated hardened steel nozzle makes it exceptionally durable and wear-resistant, and ideal for abrasive filaments as well.
The optimised design enables significantly faster print speeds and consistent extrusion. The result is clean, stable and high-quality prints, even during long and complex print jobs.
Instructions for nozzle replacement and installation:
- Remove the silicone sock from the hotend.
- Preheat the hotend to 250 °C.
⚠️ Caution: The nozzle and hotend are now extremely hot. Risk of burns. - Stabilise the heater block with a 5.0 mm spanner by holding it at the designated groove.
- Place a 3.0 mm spanner on the nozzle, turn it clockwise and loosen it.
- Unscrew the nozzle completely and remove it.
Tip: To prevent leaks, BIQU recommends tightening the new nozzle at operating temperature after installation as well.
