Bondtech's unique dual-drive technology in the BMG extruder, combined with a true E3Ds v6 HotEnd, enables you to easily feed and use a variety of materials.
The housing parts are printed with PA12 (polyamide) for maximum strength and precision with industry-standard SLS technology.

BONDTECH DIRECT DRIVE SYSTEM
This all-in-one solution is easy to install. Bondtech's DDS uses unique dual-drive technology with an internal ratio of 3: 1 and 415 steps per mm. The DDS also uses E3D's V6 HotEnd, which can easily print a wide range of filaments on the market at processing temperatures up to 285 ° C.
The design of the case has also been thoroughly modelled. Its geometry enables effective cooling of the hot-end by optimizing the placement of the Sunon 4010 axial fan and the orientation of the cooling airflow. In addition to cooling the hot-end, BondTech has also achieved more effective part cooling by using a radial fan (Sunon 5015) and fan shroud that direct airflow directly to the nozzle tip. The filament sensor housing has also been redesigned. No cutting or soldering necessary. The old cables and components that need to be removed are retained and can be reused.
Our Bondtech extruder delivers all materials with high reliability, from smooth nylons and soft TPU / TPE filaments to highly stiff and sometimes brittle, carbon filled, high strength materials. The extruder is designed for filaments of 1.75 mm.
