With this LGX Lite Mounting Set from Bondtech you can upgrade your Creality Ender 7 with the LGX Lite V2 eXtruder.

The upgrade allows you to print not only with standard filaments but also with flexible materials, in addition to providing better control over extrusion at high print speeds.
