The BROZZL MK8 brass nozzle for many different 3D printers.

The most popular nozzles are still made of brass. Why? Because the material is quite cheap despite numerous positive characteristics.

Made of brass, high-precision nozzles can be produced. The material conducts heat perfectly and does not corrode. Thus, it has the best conditions for the most common materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG and more making it wonderful to work with.

Unfortunately, brass reaches its limits with abrasive particle materials. Metal, wood, carbon or glow in the dark filaments are too much for a brass nozzle to handle.
Nonetheless, the brass nozzles remain our absolute all-rounder and will always be a staple of printers.
