ColorFabb Laser Marking PLA

Laser Marking PLA contains a laser-sensitive additive that is optimised for a wavelength of 980-1064 nm. The material was successfully tested with an Nd: YAG and fiber laser. Laser Marking PLA does not work with CO2 lasers.

Laser marking has several advantages over conventional marking technologies:

Markings are durable, waterproof, wear and heat resistant, lightfast and chemical resistant
Flexibility in marking design.
No pre- or post-treatment required
