Description
3D printing has many applications today. Prototyping, conception, figures or even toys.
For every application you have the ideal material with the new nGen filament from ColorFabb. nGen filament has properties perfect for functional parts and is amazingly printable.
The glass transition temperature at 85 ° C far exceeds that of PLA.
nGen gives the possibility of flexibility and a wide processing temperature range for users. The filament is very easy to process even at low temperatures.

More information
How to print with nGen:
For the best results, it is important to always adjust the slicer settings for the respective material. We will explain the most important settings afterwards.
Heated platform:
nGen is best to print on heated platforms. The ideal way is to always approach the glass temperature. The pressure bed should therefore be heated to 70-85 ° C.
Printing Temperature:
In normal settings, such as 0.2mm layer height and 50 mm/s printing speed we recommend a printing temperature of 220 - 240 ° C.
Cooling:
If you constantly print with 100% cooling, it may be that separate layers appear. If this is the case, you will need to reduce the cooling a bit to fix the problem.
Bridging:
We recommend reducing the speed of bridging a bit. The cooling can be set to 100%.
Retraction / Withdrawal:
The retraction settings of PLA should also match those of nGen. However, it may be that these settings need to be adjusted slightly.
