The Prusa-specific iteration of the V6 HotEndD - as a replacement for your original Prusa i3 MK3S / MK2.5S or MK3 / MK2.5 MMU2. Comes with the standard V6 components as well as a Prusa-specific thermistor, a heat break and a 40 W heating cartridge.

The Prusa V6 HotEnd offers the same all-metal high-performance reliability as the V6, and at the same time replaces some of our standard components with Prusa-specific parts. These include a 40 W heating cartridge for higher performance, a longer-wired thermistor and a heat break with Prusa-specific internal geometries - to improve the retracts with the multi-material upgrade.

This is a 24 V hot end and is intended for use with a Prusa i3 MK3S or MK3 MMU2. Do not use this HotEnd with 12 V Prusas like MK2, MK2.5 or MK2S, as this can damage your printer.

Please note that this HotEnd is not supplied with the PTFE used by Prusa. Please keep the PTFE from your existing HotEnd.
