Description
The FIllamentum ASA Extrafill Filament is ideally suited for the production of initial prototypes, production tools or even everyday objects.
The advantage of this material is its excellent weathering resistance and retention of physical properties.
ASA has a higher stiffness than ABS and is, therefore, a material for demanding applications.

First time printing with ASA
New to 3D printing, learning an awful lot, used up my PLA filament that came with my QIDI X-Plus printer, aimed my sights at printing with ASA, friends and colleagues all said its not something they had used and it was difficult to get right.a few test prints in, adjustments to temperature settings, I'm very happy with the results, also the anthracite grey has a nice satin finish. It prints as well as the PLA and bed adhesion is great.
