HG Power Glue Primer

HG Power Glue Primer is a high-performance adhesion promoter that significantly improves bond strength on materials that are traditionally difficult to bond. This primarily includes plastics such as PE and PP, whose smooth surfaces often prevent a reliable connection.

Pre-treatment with the primer prepares the surface so that the adhesive can bond more effectively and distribute evenly. Even materials with low surface energy can thus be joined stably and permanently. The primer increases the wettability of the surface, allowing the glue to flow better and penetrate even the finest structures. This increases the contact area between the material and the adhesive, ensuring significantly stronger and more reliable adhesion.

Protection against external influences

The pre-treatment not only ensures a better hold but also increases resistance to external factors such as moisture, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical stress. This ensures the bond remains stable over the long term.

Simple application

After cleaning and degreasing the surface, apply the primer and allow it to dry (the primer dries within a few seconds). Next, apply the adhesive and press the parts to be bonded together. These will reach initial strength after approximately 1–2 seconds. High final strength is typically achieved after 24 hours.

The application is straightforward and can be flexibly adapted to your needs through spraying, brushing, or dipping.
