New Customer Registration
Create a new customer account by clicking here.
A new password can be entered during the registration process or you can opt to have a password generated by our system and emailed to you.
Once you have completed the registration process, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive a confirmation of registration email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct email address.
Creating a Guest Account
You have the option of creating a guest account. When selecting this option you will need to enter all your details for every new order, as your details are not saved in our system. A guest account cannot signup to our Newsletters, i.e. is unable to take advantage of any of the current promotions running when an order is being placed. A customer registered as a guest is unable to benefit from all the account advantages a registered customer.
A guest account is thus unable to view the status of an order. The tracking code is sent once-off to the email address provided.
If you have placed an order using a guest account and would now like to create a registered customer account, this can be done by registering as a new customer on our website or contacting our Customer Support Team. We will be happy to change your guest account into a normal customer account.
Please ensure that the provided email address is correct! If not, you will not be able to receive any information regarding the package delivery.
Registration via Social Media
Easily link your customer account with Facebook or Google+ accounts. You can either link the accounts after logging in or when first creating a new account on our website.
Once completed, simply use your Facebook or Google+ account to login without entering a password.
Creating a Company Account
The VAT Registration Number must be entered when placing an order as a company. When the company is located outside of Austria, it is important to note that the VAT Registration Number is recognised internationally. If not, the VAT Registration Number will not be accepted by our system. Our system verifies the VAT Registration number according to the European Union guidelines.
Value added tax is not added to an order when using a VAT Registration Number. If the VAT Registration Number is not accepted by our system you are still able to place an order. The value added tax can be declared as such in your country at the end of the year. The value added tax paid will then be refunded.
The tax number entered into our system will not change the total amount payable. It only serves to illustrate additional information on your invoice.
Reduced Prices for Resellers
Unfortunately we do not offer reduced prices or provide separate price lists for resellers and distributors. Our products are sold directly to the end consumer.
