Description

MakerBot ABS is more flexible than normal PLA and thus also useful for mechanical applications.
ABS also has a longer lifespan when compared to PLA, is shockproof and has a matte surface after printing.

MakerBot ABS has a very high melting point, which makes it interesting for the automobile and mechanical engineering industries.

ABS is soluble in acetone. This allows you to chemically straighten parts after printing and create a shiny surface.
