PolyPlus ™ PLA is a premium PLA made specifically for all FFF / FDM 3D printers.
The filament was produced using the patented Jam-Free ™ technology, which enables virtually defect-free printing.
Jam Free ™: The patented Jam Free ™ technology drastically stabilizes the heat resistance of PLA filaments. This is done using the latest biopolymer processes. As a result, the PolyPlus ™ PLA filament has an extremely high softening temperature of about 140 ° C. This corresponds to about 80 ° C more than the remaining PLA filaments. This greatly reduces the likelihood of blockage in the hot end.
Polymaker offers a wide range of vibrant colours. PolyPlus is also available in transparent colours.
PolyPlus PLA is manufactured using state-of-the-art polymer processing techniques. It has the most stringent specifications of all PLA filaments in the market. The filaments are all subjected to an eight-stage quality control to guarantee consistent quality.
PolyPlus is made exclusively from Natureworks Ingeo ™ PLA resin. In contrast to other PLA filaments on the market, PolyPlus releases no dangerous odours during processing. The PLA Polymaker uses is also certified for contact with food. Polymaker also values environmentally conscious manufacturing processes.
Glass transition temperature: ~ 60 ° C
Density: 1.17 - 1.24 g / cm3
Polymaker recommends using all products with BuildTak durable printing film for best results.
