CORE One L+, Assembled

The Prusa CORE One L+ is a fully enclosed CoreXY 3D printer with a build volume of 300 x 300 x 330 mm, active chamber heating up to 60 °C and an aluminium AC convection heated bed. It is designed for workshops, small-batch production and professional users who need larger parts or more objects per print job without compromising on the reliability of the CORE One platform. Compared with the standard CORE One+ model, it offers twice the print volume with only a slightly larger footprint.

What is new with the CORE One L+?

The improvements in the L+ version are based directly on feedback from the community and mainly focus on print starts, surface quality and everyday ease of use.

• Cleaner print starts: An integrated nozzle wiper removes filament residue from the nozzle before printing, helping prevent loose strands and small blobs from reaching the print surface.

• Smoother-looking surfaces: The new GT1.5 belts make unwanted repeating patterns finer and less noticeable, especially on large, smooth surfaces where even subtle artefacts can stand out.

• Easier to use: Current firmware improvements simplify everyday tasks and reduce the amount of printer supervision required.

Large format, complete control – 300 x 300 x 330 mm

With a 63% larger build volume compared with the CORE One, the CORE One L+ provides plenty of space for large models, functional parts and complex prototypes.

The rigid steel and aluminium enclosure ensures maximum precision with minimal vibration.

AC convection heated bed

The solid aluminium heated bed ensures even heat distribution across the entire print surface. Two integrated fans create a convection effect that heats the chamber quickly and maintains stable temperatures of up to 60 °C, ideal for demanding materials such as ASA, ABS, PC or nylon.

Thanks to the proven Nextruder system with 360° cooling and finely tuned print profiles, models can be printed with outstanding dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality.

Fast, strong, reliable and widely compatible

The robust CoreXY kinematics, a high-flow hotend and integrated Input Shaper enable high print speeds with consistent quality across more than 200 supported filament types.

A dedicated switch on the filament sensor allows quick switching to Flex mode. This makes flexible materials easier and more reliable to process, monitored by a second sensor in the print head.

Unpack, click the display into place, switch on and start printing. The CORE One L+ calibrates itself automatically and creates optimal printing conditions on its own.

Like its predecessor, the Prusa CORE One L+ is a paradise for modders. Everything is screwed together, nothing is glued, giving you maximum freedom for your own ideas. With a simple screwdriver, the printer can be fully disassembled and adapted to your requirements.
