QIDI Tech Bimetal Nozzle for Q2/Plus5, Set of 2, 0,4 mm (2 pieces)

This QIDI Tech Bimetal Nozzle is a replacement nozzle for QIDI printers, featuring a copper alloy body, a hardened steel tip and an integrated heatbreak. It withstands high temperatures and is designed for abrasive filaments.

The copper alloy body transfers heat quickly to the filament. The hardened steel tip offers significantly greater wear resistance than brass when printing abrasive materials such as carbon fibre-reinforced filaments. This combines efficient heat transfer with a long service life.

The nozzle and heatbreak form a single, continuous all-metal component. This reduces the number of joints where material could leak and simplifies replacement: the entire component can be removed and replaced without dismantling the nozzle and heatbreak separately.

► Please note: Do not touch the hotend while it is hot. When switching between filaments with very different printing temperatures, residue can remain in the nozzle and cause blockages. The pack includes two nozzles, so you can keep one as a spare or use a different nozzle with another filament.
