Tips for optimal 3D printing results
After completion of 3D printing, clean your objects in water or a bath of isopropyl alcohol. Leave your parts in the bath for about 10 minutes, this removes excess resin from your models. Then dry your objects in the air. It is then recommended to cure the model under UV light until the final strength is reached. As a UV light source, you can use UV LEDs or sunlight.

Wanhao Water washable - highly recommended!
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
This is a thick resin that is very hard when cured. It does need a long exposure. On my Epax X1 I found 15 seconds got a perfect print. Towards the tail end of the bottle I had one failed print where 1/4mm supports didn't not take. I had noted a slight resin thickening, so upped the exposure to 16.5 seconds and finished the bottle. I used 100 second exposures on the first six layers and had good adhesion to the plate. From what I have read, Epax printers have a somewhat higher power UV light than AnyCubic or Ergoo, so do consider that with these numbers.
I have also run the same vat of resin continuously for 36 hours without filtering, with no degradation of the resin and no failed prints.
As for the Water Washable bit, that worked as advertised. A quick swill in a pot of cold tap water for initial clean, then another for final clean is all I needed. It took a couple of minutes in all. Vat cleaning is simple as well. I still give by build plate a wipe with IPA as well as my film, but initial washing is also done in water.
Prints are very hard and inflexible, but very stable. The finish is just like the yellow-cream cast resin that most model accessories are made from. I have printed some large 80mm tiles and, once cured, they would inevitably warp. I put a piece of paper on the back and cooked them with a travel iron. Then I held them flat for a minute to cool and they have stayed true. (I learned this trick with cast resin a long time ago)
A big plus is that the odour is very low. I print in my kitchen and have no room elsewhere. Chemical odour issues did put me off resin printing, but I have no complaints with this resin. You can smell it and I'd still ventilate, but I can go make a sandwich without too much concern when I'm printing!
To summarise: great water washable resin, with the long exposure time being the only downside. I recommend this if you want low odour, less IPA and a very tough resin with great detail.
