Description

3DJake ABS CF is a carbon fibre-reinforced ABS filament developed for technical applications requiring maximum stiffness, dimensional stability, and heat resistance. The addition of carbon fibre provides significantly improved mechanical strength and thermal performance compared to standard ABS.

Despite being reinforced with carbon fibre, the filament remains easy to print and delivers precise, professional-quality results with a matt, technical finish. Its low warping tendency makes ABS CF ideal for functional components, prototypes, and mechanical engineering applications.

► Important Information:
Carbon fibres are highly abrasive, so a hardened nozzle (e.g. steel or ruby) is strongly recommended. A minimum nozzle diameter of 0.6 mm should be used to prevent clogging and ensure clean extrusion.
For optimal printing results, a closed build chamber is required.
