Description

The threaded inserts from 3DJake have a special spiral contour to ensure the best possible hold. The inserts made of high-quality brass have excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.

The dimensions D3, L and W refer to the model in which the thread inserts are inserted.

The assembly takes place in four simple steps:

  1. Position the threaded insert in the hole in the component
  2. Heat the thread insert (ideally to the hot-end temperature of the filament)
  3. Slide the threaded insert into the hole provided
  4. Let the component cool down to ensure its final strength

A soldering iron is required to assemble the threaded inserts.
