Alveo3D Remote-Controlled Filtration Kit for Bambu Lab P2S

This Alveo3D Remote-Controlled Filtration Kit, designed for use with the Bambu Lab P2S, reduces fine particles and odours emitted during printing with technical filaments such as ABS, ASA, Nylon, PC or PETG.

The system follows an open and modular concept: you print the external housing parts using the free 3MF files (see below), while the kit contains all functional components such as filters, fans, seals, screws and magnets.

Effective filtration technology

The filtration system combines a HEPA14 filter, which effectively removes ultrafine particles (UFPs) from the exhaust air, with activated carbon, which neutralises volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and unpleasant odours. This significantly reduces emissions in the work environment.

It comes with the BLHP2432_H10 fan, which has been speciaööy chosen to ensure quiet operation while reducing pressure in the build chamber slightly. This ensures a controlled airflow and stable printing conditions.

Seamless integration

The P2S Filtration Kit can be installed on the printer without any structural modifications and integrates seamlessly into the Bambu Lab P2S. The filtered, warm air is recirculated within the build chamber, contributing to a stable temperature environment. The system can also be controlled remotely.

Safety instructions

Even though the Alveo3D Filtration Kit significantly reduces the concentration of UFPs and VOCs, technical filaments can still release emissions. Therefore, the following is recommended:

• operate the printer in well-ventilated rooms,
• use low-emission filaments whenever possible,
• monitor indoor air quality,
• do not place the printer in living areas or bedrooms.

Tip: Alveo3D recommends printing the parts yourself using PETG.

Note: Replace the filter after approximately 600 hours of printing time or every two months.
