Description

AzureFilm TPU Flexible 95A is a flexible TPU-based filament suitable for printing components requiring elasticity, resilience, and mechanical strength. With a Shore hardness of 95A, the material falls within the softer TPU range, combining rubber-like behaviour with adequate dimensional stability.

Compared to harder types of TPU, TPU 95A is significantly more flexible and elastic, yet remains robust and durable. Printed components can be bent, stretched, or compressed before reliably returning to their original shape. The material also exhibits good abrasion and impact resistance, making it ideal for functional applications.

► Application examples: mobile phone cases, seals, bumpers, handles, protective covers, toys, various household and automotive components, and much more.

Caution! To ensure consistently clean print results, it is essential to control the filament’s moisture content. Crackling or popping noises during printing are a clear indication of moisture. If this occurs, the filament should be dried before use.
