The Vision Encoder by Bambu Lab adds a high-precision optical measurement system to your Bambu Lab printer, continuously detecting and compensating for movement deviations. This raises printing accuracy to a new level and compensates for even the smallest mechanical tolerances.

With a movement accuracy of under 50 μm, the Vision Encoder ensures consistently precise results across the entire print bed. The benefits are particularly noticeable with large components. While inaccuracies in conventional systems can intensify as print size increases, precision is maintained thanks to continuous calibration.

The Vision Encoder not only compensates for unavoidable manufacturing and assembly deviations, but also adapts to long-term changes such as belt wear, loosening, or mechanical ageing. This ensures that print quality remains consistently high over time.

In combination with exclusive Bambu Studio features, such as Auto Hole Contour Compensation, the Vision Encoder enables significantly higher dimensional accuracy for holes, contours, and functional components.
