BondTech CHT BiMetal RepRap Set of 4

Bondtech's CHT BiMetal RepRap Nozzle is a copper and vanadium steel nozzle with a nickel plating that is ideal for high-flow applications and abrasive materials. The nozzle increases the maximum volume flow of your RepRap M6 heating block by 50%, the flow rate can vary depending on the material and print settings. The nozzle can be used with 1.75 and 2.85 mm hotends.

The contents of delivery include 4 pieces of CHT BiMetal RepRap nozzles with the diameters 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0mm

Note: For abrasive filaments (carbon and fibreglass) you should use nozzles with a diameter of 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 mm. The 0.4 mm nozzle is suitable for particle-laden filaments (metal, wood, glitter).

Caution: You should not change the CHT nozzles cold. Heat the heater block above 250°C before you begin the nozzle-changing process. A maximum torque of 1.0 Nm is given. However, 0.5 Nm is recommended.
