Description
Capricorn XS is a high-end PTFE tubing specially designed for 3D printers.
The XS PTFE is made of pure Japanese resin which has been improved with high performance additives to reduce friction.

Having now used this product I can see why it is a must have upgrade for all Bowden tubed 3D printer.

I installed this tube into my printer, and it only caused problems. The hole inside is misaligned against the outer shell. It makes the filament hard to move on the joints with an extruder or hot end. I used before cheap Chinese PTFE, and they perform outstandingly in comparison to this. Waste of money.

Yes it can go in the heater block right down to the nozzle. We would only recommend using these at a max sustained temperature of 240C. For short maintenance periods, it can survive up to 260C.
