The hybrid system combining Single-Line + 7 + 34 blue laser lines and NIR structured light delivers ultra-precise scans in any lighting conditions.

► 34 cross laser lines: For comprehensive 3D scanning. This configuration covers larger areas efficiently and significantly boosts the scanning speed.

► 7 parallel blue laser lines: For highly detailed scans of complex structures. Even delicate surface textures are captured with exceptional accuracy – ideal for applications requiring high levels of detail.

► NIR structured light: The near-infrared mode uses structured IR light for fast, markerless scanning – perfect for sensitive or hard-to-mark surfaces.

By combining blue laser lines with infrared structured light, the Sermoon X1 offers flexible object capture across a wide size range – from tiny objects (5 mm³) to large-scale items (up to 4000 mm³).

Integrated photogrammetry with scale bars

Equipped with built-in photogrammetry and two scale bars, the Sermoon X1 automatically corrects dimensional deviations during reconstruction. This ensures exceptional volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm/m.

Intelligent stabilisation for consistent scanning

An AI-assisted temperature compensation algorithm and an efficient thermal management system keep performance stable during long scanning sessions. Temperature fluctuations are automatically balanced, guaranteeing precise, consistent results without drift or loss of quality – even under heavy continuous use.
