E3D Revo High Flow HotSide - Fully Loaded, 24 V, 60 W

Revo HotSide High Flow Fully Loaded by E3D is a nozzle kit that allows you to get the maximum volumetric flow performance out of your Revo hotend for outstanding high-flow results.

Innovative Revo High Flow Nozzles

The Revo High Flow nozzle features several innovations. First, the nozzle features improved internal nozzle geometry for better heat transfer to the filament. Second, it increases the volumetric flow rate of your device, ensuring high-speed printing - even with standard print materials.

Unlike E3D high-flow nozzles like Volcano or SuperVolcano, Revo high-flow nozzles have the same form factor as standard Revo hotends. So you don't have to make any changes to your existing mounts and fan ducts! It takes you about 30 seconds to change the nozzle. Simply ingenious!

HeaterCore of 60 watts

In most cases, for example, when printing with PLA or PETG, a 40 watt HeaterCore is easily sufficient. To achieve the maximum flow rate, especially when working with very high temperatures, it is worth combining the nozzle with a Heater Core of 60 watts. This heats up much faster than a normal heater block, but has a positive temperature coefficient (PTC), which means that its power output decreases with increasing heat.

The HeaterCore is attached with a spring included in the package. After that, all you have to do is screw in the Revo nozzle and make the tool-free nozzle change. Say goodbye to risky hot tightening!
