Description
Polymaker PLA-HT was specially developed for applications where thermal stability and high printing efficiency are required. With a heat stability of up to 150 °C (off bed), the material is ideal for functional components that are exposed to high temperatures during use - without any additional post-treatment.
Technical features:
- thermal dimensional stability up to 150 °C (without mechanical load, after complete cooling from the print bed),
- Printing speeds of up to 300 mm/s - for high productivity without compromising dimensional accuracy,
- easy, PLA-typical processability,
- clean and tool-free removal of support structures.
Thanks to its high dimensional stability and optimised printing properties, Polymaker's PLA-HT is particularly suitable for rapid prototyping, technical functional parts and thermally stressed end applications. The combination of user-friendliness and performance makes it an ideal solution for professional applications with PLA-based systems.

Not worth the hype + Misleading advertising
Rated with 2 out of 5 stars.
After some testing using an oven, I have to say that those announced 150ºC are far from reality.
Over its own weight (like they announce in their website), it started deforming at 60 degrees (like any other PLA). Comparing it to PETG, it’s true that even after deformation it didn’t transform into “plastiline” (like PETG) but it becomes soft and moldable. It’s posible to get it back to it’s original form, but If you were expecting a replacement for ABS/ASA, that’s not it.
