Yes but you will probably have to design and print a mount for it to fit and edit the firmware too.

I have an ender 3 Pro and 3 v1. Is it just a straight swap with these boards ?? Is there any good tutorial out there??

Nothing is required for mounting, it is the same size and has screw holes in the same places as the original board but you will need to update the firmware which you can find here: https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-SKR-mini-E3/tree/master/firmware/V3.0/Marlin There are lots of youtube videos on installations like this one for example: https://youtu.be/4mTL9Y1SxoE

Could this be used with CR10s Pro V2? The ribbon cable would need to be adapted to separate plugs. I assume screen wouldn't work, I intend to go to Klipper anyway

Technically it is possible but it requires some non-standard firmware modifications and also pin rewiring. We would recommend only BTT touchscreens for this board or the standard 12864 LCD with knob for Klipper use.

Can you connect a WiFi board to this or a raspberry pi to use the Octoprint WiFi functionality??

This can be used with a raspberry pi or any other host device.
