Description
The Refil recycled PET filament consists of old PET bottles. Refil prides itself on using up to 90% recycled material. After extensive testing and optimization, Refil has developed a high quality recycled filament.
The Refil PET filaments are easy to process. The material is strong, flexible and hardly warps when printing.
The PET is a very clean plastic and is therefore acceptable for food contact. (FCA)
Why is the color a little different for every order?
Each batch of Refil has its unique color, directly related to the material that has been recycled. Refil refuses to add toxic dyes in the manufacturing process. As a result, there are slight color deviations for each batch. The quality of the filament is always the same.
How safe is it to use recycled materials?
All Refil materials are REACH and RoHS compliant. Refil knows what the material consists of and where it comes from.
