The quality of prints, easy of use and the fact that its 100% reliable without so much as any issues printing ever makes me so happy with my purchase.
I've had nothing but a flawless happy experience with this printer. So much so my kids use it all the time too. The free slicer it comes with is pretty good, but it also works with various other slicers.

there are many problems with this product that I have encountered the small print area constant problems with heating the calibration of the height is impossible
