Snapmaker launched a Kickstarter campaign in 2016 that raised $ 2.2 million in a short period of time. The aim of the campaign was to produce a 3D printer that can be used as a CNC milling machine and laser engraver at the same time.
The 3-in-1 3D printer Snapmaker Original was a complete success, which the company built on with the more powerful Snapmaker 2.0.
